Good to start your career but not long term

Good starting point for entry level. You get experience with many techniques and instrument

Cons

Management is poor. Communication is terrible. The plant doesn't make money and the chemical operators are not affected by their mistakes because they are union but the rest of the site does

Pros

Not too many. Produce some niche products and with all the talk of tarrifs and US marketplace- likely the only reason still around.

Cons

Old equipment, always breaking down. Picture the comic of someone needing to bang on the equipment to get it to work- thats real life. Make a lot of toxic products and don't always feel safe.
