Pros
You will learn technical stuff and gain good experience because you will implement everything. You will create entire screens from front-end to back-end. You will set up virtual machines and environments and you will deploy versions.
Cons
Boss is a micromanagement king. He doesn't trust his employees. Everything you create, will have to pass his final review. He creates a toxic environment by constantly comparing you with other employees. Salary is below average.

- Good place to start a career path, due to many large and interesting projects - The employees are good and helpful persons
Cons
- There are no chances of promoting - The management is not flexible to its employees needs for remote working, even in the pandemic period - There is lack of organization and clear plan / thoughts - They demand a 2 month notice period if you want to leave the company, but they fire you without any notice - The management generally keeps cold behavior to new emoloyees
