      I'm afraid nothing springs to mind.

      Cons

      I worked at "HQ" and they literally didn't have a clue. Not a single process in place, everything was up in the air. Staff are heavily encouraged to post positive reviews about the company on local media websites (the echo) when they write negative articles. The whole company seems very shady.

      Amazing team members - the thing that will keep you sane while in hell!

      Shocking shift patterns Horrible environment Minimum wage Overworked No work life balance Everyone snakes you - there will always be someone talking about you behind your back. I’ve had many jobs and this is by far the worst.

      A lot of the people are lovely, would be great if they were valued by management.

      Cons

      So many to even think of. Bad company structure, job role is unclear, unsafe work environment, bullying from higher management, people get sacked for no reason, workload is unreliastic
