A very supportive team Nice colleagues & bosses Flexible but depend on the project you're assigned Benefit and working environment pretty good
Cons
Some project/client need a very high work commitment, you end up tied with the project expectation There're peak season where you ll not see a sun The workload will make you overwhelmed Need to be very independent if you re not a techie person
