Varied work No red tape Customer focused Great industry

Cons

Lack of direction Lack of trust No one knows where they stand Morale is low Roles overlap and people expect others to do their work for them No work-life balance, you'll receive messages from all arms and levels of the business at any time of day out of hours... evening, morning, weekends, bank holidays. Management will have no problem contacting you when you're on annual leave to demand you go online. No prospect of career progression as the company are more focused on saving money

Friendly team atmosphere and supportive management. Flexible working hours which help with work-life balance. Opportunities to learn about the telecommunications industry. Good location with easy access to public transportation. Training provided for new employees, which helps in skill development.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities within the company. Pay could be more competitive compared to similar roles. Sometimes understaffed, leading to a high workload. Communication between different levels of management could be better. Need for clearer career progression pathways for employees.
