Pros
Great work culture, and very embracing of mine. Flexible with the schedule as long as its communicated. Small company and they value feedback and are willing to listen to employee ideas and suggestions.
Cons
One of the cons are the clients they are blatantly disrespectful and if you are not able to remember that they are just frustrated and lost then this place is not for you

Inna can be challenging to work with. Sometimes she expects you to read her mind. It makes things extremely difficult sometimes.
