Has become a extremely toxic environment to work in. Appointment of Directors that serve no purpose, who then employ their kids to replace other members of staff. The business has 8 Directors and 4 Managers, they really struggle to put together a coherent vision for the business. Its concerning to see the Directors posting on LinkedIn about partnerships with F3 drivers while the business constantly underperforms and are loosing customers. I think they have spent too long in a 'Simoda bubble' and constantly say how good and different they are from other re sellers, while being blind to the fact that the staff are incredibly unhappy with the leadership. Constantly changing the direction off the company. Was once a great place to work, over the last year 18 months it has surely become a toxic hell hole. The worst part is the contradiction, they are so caught up on having great values and constantly shouting bout it it internally and online, but the reality is they don't. It is awful, such a poor environment for employees.
