Cons

Fired the entire company on the same day because of a lack of transparency in upper management. Lied about everything Ended up scamming not only customers, but employees too

There are no pros that I can truly consider putting on here that isn’t absolutely demolished by the amount of cons. I guess the entertainment of watching the same “good review” get posted strategically after a flurry of bad ones is a pro for the entertainment purpose. After all it’s as consistent as their day to day business tactic in just trying to cover things up.

Cons

They are stuck in one mindset and essentially rely on the product to sell itself. They do not offer a livable wage for their sales reps and do not have a successful process to sell it. Constantly want to blame the reps when everything else is broken. On a positive note, you can survive there for years without hitting your number and get promoted as long as you are part of their clique, doesn’t matter if you have the skill set or not. Don’t waste space on your resume on the company name, not worth it.

There is absolutely nothing good about this company. They lie about finances and everything else. I can't even give them one star

Cons

I have been with several organizations and Simplifeye is by far the worst I have ever come across. They do not care about their employees. They keep terrible management in place, yet wonder why they aren't growing. Save yourself and do not work here.
