1. Typical start-up culture. Your day never really ends, it's often difficult to draw a line between work and life outside of work. 2. B2B setup. There are more than a handful of large unreasonable customers. Things done in the name of being customer-centric often go beyond the boundaries of logic. 3. Extravagant hiring processes, not the best experience once once onboarded.

Even if they complaint to top management, the CEO, Directors, Managers are ignorant as the works are happening.They are quiet ignorant. - It may look shiny from outside, but spend 2 months, You'll start hating your work.

Fake growth in numbers during non appraisal period best growing like BMW. During appraisal all of sudden client will leave and they might fire any one, I myself have seen many firing here. No care for employees. If they are paying you at high level high chances of you getting fired after product is released, independent of your performance. Fake smile on CEOs face. Not enough money to buy spoons. Small office. Most of the time water will not be there in washroom. No outing because they are frugal. No funding from long time.
