      Pros

      I had a fair amount of autonomy and was often running the store by myself.

      Cons

      Poorly organised, one other staff member was intentionally hiding food to let it go out of date to then take home. Also one of the managers offered to pay me cash in hand well under my salary for tax reasons which i declined.
