Pros
During your interview you have such high hopes but you soon realize things aren't what they appear to be. A company trying to do too many things and ultimately not doing any of them very well. Everyone is over worked, underpaid and no light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to investing your career here. There is very little room to grow unless you want a lateral shift. And the folks that have stayed seem to have chosen to do so because it's convenient rather than really embracing what Viverae has become.
Cons
They have cut back all the "perks" that use to make Viverae a fun place to work. The culture is awful. Everyone knows who is looking and it's a waiting game to see you leaves next. So many employees who have been there for a few years remember the good old days. For most of them it's what's kept them here for so long. Departments are looking out for themselves and teamwork is like pulling teeth at times. Client Services will bring in a new hire and pay them more before they will work to make their current employees happy. Raises are non existent and it's a sad day when you announce an acquisition and all you hear is crickets...people would have been cheering if you offered a matching 401k...no one is excited to hear you took out a loan to buy clients...
