The working culture here is excellent. You will be welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. They try and provide a stress free environment for you to work in.

Earning potential is very limited until you become fully qualified. But saying that they do provide support every step of the way towards your qualification.
Simpson is a small management firm with a family like environment and culture. Salaries are higher than average. They often provide free lunch in the office. Leadership is supportive and empowers all team members to be the best they can be. Limited work from home options but I still enjoy my job.
Cons
It's not a large firm so you have limited chances to meet new and different people.
