      Pros

      Excellent people and culture. The company is moving fast so there is never a dull day. Everyone has everyone's back and works like a team should. The work itself is also interesting and there are so many opportunities for growth. We have u limited PTO and this is one of the few companies where people actually use it! The CEO, Jake, closed the company for a week in July, a week for thanksgiving and the last week of December. We are all encouraged to keep a healthy work life balance

      There is a lot of change and sometimes the constant moving can be a lot, but the support is always there

      You get to stroke Jake Dunlap's ego. You meet great companies that have been fooled into thinking they will be helped.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything about this company. There is not a competent leader because Jake only keeps around sycophants and the entire company is about Jake becoming a Linkedin celeb. Pay is SO low because it all goes towards the efforts around promoting Jake
