      -Location is nice -Most of the providers are amazing and easy to work with

      Cons

      - horrible pay - it’s a family-run practice, lots of nepotism and bias - no actual established HR - management makes several derogatory remarks to staff members - all they care about is making money. They don’t care about their employees or real patient care.

      “Lots of opportunity for overtime” No weekends

      Cons

      Overworked and you do the job of 3 different people with minimal support and long days. Good learning experience if fresh out of school but would only stay until another opportunity is found (immediately) Stressful, unprofessional, negative reinforcement, passive aggressive behavior from Doctors
