Avoid it at all costs.
The management is bad, the pay is even worse. They put me down as a part time employee and I was doing full time hours. Overtime was never paid (it was mostly out as HOURS of annual leave that I could never take). The bonuses they promise at the beginning of the contract are absurdly hard to get (unless you never get sick), so at the end of the day, they get away with paying less than minimum wage. I had colleagues going to work barely walking properly just to receive the bonus because they couldn't afford to get on medical leave.
Management hold some sort of personal vendetta for some of the workers. They have a lot of favouritism. They will do anything in their power to drive people they don't like out of the company. HR is aware of some of these issues but barely does anything when these are brought up. They discourage employees to report certain issues. It is a very toxic environment to work in, not to mention the fact they constantly overlook safety issues (keep in mind this is an airport handling company).
