Please stay clear of this company and there games for the reason of dishonest and lack of care towards staff the fact you pulled staff off calls and chats to tell them they were fired due to poor performance when the majority of staff you sacked was all getting bonuses which you instigated. Staff who was not in the office were told by all there work account deactivated while working from home and followed up via an email... poor management. You will only succeed in this company by walking on other people to get to the top or sleeping with the managers who have families.... yes you know who you are!!. It is absolutely appalling that you have treated your staff in such a manor that you think is acceptable. Majority of the managers have no clue what they are doing despite giving a job they are not qualified to do! Clearly advertising our jobs the next day brought you guys pleasure. I hope you you are happy with yourself when your staff have families and homes to support in this time of the cost of living. And I'm sure all staff will be waiting and watching for karma when it is done to you! This company also does not like to pay out your winnings and will withhold any funds yes they advise 1 working day for the process of funds however if they do not like your documents you send in or you have doctored those documents your account will be in review and forgotten about and not looked at. Call centre agent do brilliantly on calls and chats and it is not us that withhold your funds we just deal with the crap for other departments. PLEASE stay clear of this appalling company wether you are a staff member or a customer. Skywind really should of got to know there staff before keeping staff who are having fun sleeping around the office doing drugs.

This company is digusting. They sacked 52 employees without a viable reason. Do not work for them
