Extremely toxic work environment with a culture of fear and public humiliation. Management tends to shout at employees over minor mistakes, often in front of others, which is unprofessional and degrading. Lack of emotional intelligence and basic respect from leadership. No proper support or guidance provided to help employees grow—only blame and criticism. Instances of discriminatory or racially insensitive behavior from senior staff, which creates a hostile and unsafe atmosphere. High employee turnover due to poor treatment and lack of accountability from management. Feedback is often delivered in an aggressive manner instead of being constructive.

There is a toxic workplace culture. The staff turnover is horrendous. The verbal abuse, yelling, screaming, arguing, belittling staff, making fun of people especially the migrant workers, gossiping and behind the back whispers about staff, it's just all too much. Management yelling and fighting with each other like children. But they think this behavior is normal, and it spills out to all of the employees. Be prepared to be yelled and screamed at you like you're an idiot.
