No work life balance. The HR department is absolutely clueless. The head office is full of shameless and unprofessional people. They never make vendor payments on time, because of which you get calls 24x7 from vendors. They default on Mall payments, because of which Mall administration threatens to stop daily operations. Marketing Team is in a mess. The roles within the team are changed on a weekly basis. Today, you will be hired to manage their F&B business and suddenly, next week, you will be asked to handle events because the HR department can't find a candidate for that particular profile. Colleagues will always gossip about you with your boss when you aren't around People are kicked out without any solid reasons.

Work-life balance across the company is poor because of the senior leadership team. The CFO, Finance Officer, and other senior executives do not treat team members with respect. Specifically, the CFO behaves unprofessionally and lacks basic manners when speaking to others. Furthermore, the FO and other seniors are dishonest and fail to coordinate properly with the rest of the team.
