Pros

I couldn't list any to be fair. Too many that I knew there wanted to leave. says it all really

Cons

The name of the company does not reflect the company culture at all. There is a group of long serving employees that believe they do not have to be polite at all and rude is a word that is not harsh enough. There is a lot of nepotism in play with the way in which teams are changed around. Management do not listen to staff and prefer to bury their heads in the sand. being told 'I don't see a problem with being hot headed if it gets results' is not something you would expect the CTO to say. The atmosphere in the office is poor due to the attitudes of a handful of people. The office in Elstree is souless

Pros

There are some nice people in the company.

Cons

The CMO is completely out of her depth and everyone is pushed to do random stuff without a proper strategy. No understanding of numbers whatsoever. It has been a revolving door in 2023 - lots of layoffs on the grounds of cost savings but then they hire more senior people shortly after. Senior leadership keep saying everything is awesome which is demoralising when that's not how people are feeling.

Pros

Good salary, great to work from home so you did not have to see the boring people in the office

Cons

Don't pay commission on time, management is a joke, Don't help you with trying to progress your career, sales people are dull, and could not close a deal if their lives depend on it, marketing useless, lack of training on tools in house, soul destroying to work there. Left to go back to my old company as head of demand generation was a joke
