      Pros

      I enjoy working for Smart, it's quite a work hard / play hard culture. I feel well supported by my management. I enjoy working with my team, and feel we do a good job for our clients. We are treated like human beings.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't as good as companies I have worked for in the past. There is sometimes an expectation to always be available. I also think they would benefit from addressing their diversity.

      you get to leave the building at 3pm for beers and if the site burns down you can blame it on the engineers for being lazy

      fake reviews on glassdoor, got an internal message asking employees to fill out reviews to boost their score, have a look, all 5 star reviews o. 21st april ‘26? bit suspicious isn’t it? absolute joke of a company and they have chosen to keep certain employees who were fiddling with themselves in the office and caught by the cleaners employed. out of morality i chose to leave this pathetic place behind. laughing stock around london and the people they employ have no prospects and are stuck kissing each other to get a leg up. sick people need to be put on a leash
