The company has poor policies, expecting doctors' notes for spouses after missing only one day of work. Working past contracted hours for a low salary pay. Working through lunches. Expecting travel between offices as needed without making that clear before hire and without giving incentives to do so. Some offices are as much as an hour out of the way for some people. Having to ask for the handbook 4 times before a copy was given to me. Asking employees to take a day off without pay but not compensating for extra time worked after contracted hours and through lunch. If you can get past that, the people are cool. I just require more from a company for my mental health and work-life balance. Only 6 paid days of vacation and not available at hire.
