-Well Paid + Insurance(you, wife, one kid) -Passionate people who crazy about RPG Game -No dress code -Company care about employees(Even bus from subway stn. in summer with ice cream, winter, yearly open workshop, Cute gifts..)

Cons

-HR and Internal System are like small company's -There is core working time(10am to 4pm) which you can not adjust a working schedule. -Just give welfare points without types and categories that just annoy people even it's benefits

Pros

- The company is stable in terms of cash flow thanks to Crossfire's success in China - The company seeks for an outward expansion rather than domestic market, which is rare in the Korean game industry. If you are looking for an oversea project, Smilegate may have something to offer.

Cons

- Managers are very political and you must be in the inner circle in order to get raises and promotion. - Annual salary increase rate is quite low, even if your base salary started off quite low - Decision making process is centered around the CEO, making every project move at a slow pace. Managers tries to avoid heavy duties and responsibilities so every little decision will queue behind the CEO.
