May suddenly be let go for personal reasons that you are not made aware of that have nothing to do with your job performance. I would advise anyone to be cautious about accepting a position here unless you have time and money to spare, aren’t worried about gaps in employment, and enjoy job hunting in the current economic climate, especially if you’re leaving your current employer, just in case you find yourself unemployed

If you're not family or a family friend you don't stand a chance of going anywhere with this company! I've never seen such blatant favoritism and nepotism from ownership and upper management as I have at SnapLock. Forget about getting a raise or cost of living adjustment no matter how long you've worked there; several employees are in the 10+ year range and still haven't seen a raise! Ownership and upper management are very unethical and will even target and bully sales reps. Gossip and backstabbing are encouraged and even instigated by ownership and upper management. Then when an employee stands up for themselves about the mistreatment, they get fired!
