      Flexible working hours, WFH, good enviroment

      Cons

      Fake promises to keep you in company and just postponing them. You basically trust them but they keep on take your benifit. Salary neotiations are hoax. No raise, bonus, promotions just a lilipop of promises for you to suck on.

      1. A continuous journey of learning, implementing & succeeding 2. Fast-paced work with excellent growth opportunities 3. Founder super-engaged with all teams and always there to support 4. Flexible, remote work in true sense (no on micromanages your work as long as you can deliver results and keep up the ethos) 5. Good bonding between teams, despite remote work

      Cons

      Being part of a start-up caught amidst a global pandemic means you have to: 1. Make the most of limited resources 2. Wear multiple hats 3. Focus on quality delivery under stringent timelines 4. Perform under pressure While I will not say these are cons, but these are definitely some things that don't make the journey with Snaphunt a bed of roses.
