      Very Worth It

      Pros

      Soar has incredible values and company standards. I’ve been with the company a very short time now and was doubtful if it would be my fit. Seeing the dedication and motivation from everyone within the company to grow their own skills, helping the kiddos/clients, and assist each other every single day has been massively inspiring. There are incredible growth opportunities all the time within the company and I’ve found myself able to enhance the quality of my life through what they have to offer. Soar is doing incredible things within the field of ABA and I plan to take my career path further in the industry, hopefully still with Soar.

      Cons

      This is very difficult job, but work that is very very worth it and personally rewarding. The hardest part is just making sure your cup is full and that you are able to show up emotionally with presence for your kiddos and co workers. I’ve found this easy to develop over time, but I’ve learned that ABA is very different from any other version of childcare I’ve worked in the past.

      I love Soar's focus on team collaboration. I get to work every day with a team of BCBAs, OTs, and RBTs. I feel very supported here, and there are many career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      You need to be flexible with scheduling and demonstrate patience with your clients.
