      Colleagues from HQ and site teams are generally supportive and helpful, which creates a good collaborative environment across departments. However, support from the immediate superior could be improved. At times, questions or explanations were met with judgment rather than guidance, which made open communication more challenging.

      Cons

      Leadership style could be more supportive. At times, questions were met with frustration and there was limited guidance provided, which made onboarding and daily work challenging. Clear communication, consistent follow-through on commitments, and recognition for employees who take initiative would greatly improve team morale.
