Working at Soft Group Ukraine was a great experience for me. I’m truly grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to grow in the IT industry and gain valuable skills in sales, project management, and lead generation. What I appreciated the most was the people—I had an amazing team in my office, and the atmosphere was always friendly and supportive. Everyone was willing to help and share their knowledge, which made learning and improving much easier. The experience I gained here, from prospecting and negotiating with clients to managing projects and collaborating with developers, has been invaluable. It was a great place to develop both professionally and personally!

As a Project Manager, there was a lot to juggle - handling client communication, managing developers, setting tasks, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It required strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure. The fast-paced environment could be challenging at times, but it was also a great way to develop stress resilience and problem-solving skills
