      Pros

      My humble request to all those people who have written good things about the Co. - Pls don't mislead people. SLCM is the worst co to work with. If you don't have self respect then, you can join SLCM anyday. Mgt. ( CEO, CRO and "the CFO") talk politely at the time of joining and in next 2 months you will be able to see their true colors. This is for all ladies- if dnt have any plan to start your family then go ahead and join and if yes, pls don't join - that will make your life hell even during that period also.

      Good reviews written by the existing employees and its all because resigned employees have started giving their reviews on this site. otherwise there was no reviews earlier. They are just trying to cover up..

      Unprofessional company. This company is not meant for professionals and people who are interested in clean and clear work culture. Environment is extremely suffocating . Management is useless and reckless towards the employees and above all management has no etiquette and extremely harsh. Join this company at your risk and if this is the last option left with you. No growth, high level of resistance and politics. Uncomfortable office and no support from management. No development of employees and HR policies are also very weak. But they have got a very effective web page to deceive investor, customers and prospective professional. During interview they will tell you many big things about this group but all are fake. CEO is mistakenly considered in top 30 innovative CEO's of country or he has paid huge money for this.
