Pros
Chill, pretty quiet environment. Casual dress. 8-5 schedule, weekends off. Company provides lunch on Fridays.
Cons
No room from growth at all. Management staff shows favoritism and also does not have pleasant energy. Management team talks about employees to other employees (very unprofessional). Lots of work for little pay. No medical health insurance offered. If full time, vacation time starts accruing after 6 months of employment. (2 weeks vacation offered) No sick or personal time offered, so you have to use your vacation time when you are sick.

Cons
They have a high hire season, but maybe 1 employee out of 5 will be permanently hired after 3-6 months. Boss isn't friendly at all, she says hi if you're lucky. You're never right. You're being treated like a robot, can't interact with anyone. Pay and benefits aren't equal for everybody. This is not a place you will consider to work for if you are looking for something permanently.
