Pros
They took some of the best from Honeywell with the spin. The people are collaborative, share the same values, behaviors and very easy to work with.
Cons
It is a new company so there is many systems and processes being implemented and this is not clear until the first person request it. There are a host of External consultants there to help but it sometimes it feels like an overdone and create more work and beauracracy.
