probably could be good for you if you are a total newbie

Awful management, Your usual workflow would be like this: you have to put out a fire here, then jump over there and commit something then go and fix something else and then you should go back. Next day the same routine, everything is always on fire, guess why - because of mediocre and incapable management. Projects are of worst quality and like 90% of the clients they have do not want/do not understand necessity of testing or they simply do not have a "sufficient budget", so everything is buggy and honestly just broken.
