Laid back and can work from home

Cons

Must learn everything yourself, no training, no paid sick days, no RRSP, minimal benefits, lots of stress for billable hours and many projets at the same time, very high turnover, no loyalty, projects are not scoped properly as they under budget hours

There was a nice team when I worked there

Cons

Bad management, there were looking at everything you do all the time and not trusting you. They never paid me my commissions, not a dime of it! So many turnover, bad benefits, no competitive salary.
