      - Open organization, almost no hierarchy, everything can be put up for discussion. - Nice and friendly colleagues - Professional IT provider. Nothing is left to coincidence at security level. - Working with large customers in government and public sector

      - Salary offers for incoming staff is good, but salary increase for existing employees must be explicitly requested by the employee. - Board lacks making hard, strategic decisions - Management is too friendly. Lacks making hard decisions which are necessary for strategy execution and sustainment of a profitable organization
