      - good community of people - beautiful destination to work on - opportunity for growth as the company still hasn’t reached its peak.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of unfairness in their policies. Some are favored more than others, not the best commission scheme in comparison to their competitors, constantly increasing prices making the selling process harder.
