Pros
I recently joined Sony Biotechnology. Awesome Place to work at. Great benefits, Amazing products with great customers, management easy to work with and super nice colleagues. Sufficient training is performed on a regular basis. And apparently the most recent CEO assigned is doing great changes.
Cons
So far so good nothing negative for now.

The benefit was pretty ok compared to other companies
Cons
Staff in finance department changed constantly that made hard for new employees to follow up the issues.
