-Wages are decent -The christmas parties are alright but chaotic -Progression if you can get behind a long wait period. - A decent starter if ya patient. -Some seniors can be kind and act like a menor but this does not overshadow the toxic environment since there is only 2 of them compared to the vast
Cons
-Toxic environment [ There is heavy power abuse in this place to where higher management look down on others and treat them as insignificant people. There is mild sexism which oscillate between sexes depending on day. -Ableism [ If you show signs of being unable to do a certain activity, they will neglect you and not train you for a long time. They will prioritise their friends] -Favouritism [ There is blatant favouritism to where if you are not friends with a higher up or even suck up to them, then you wilk be left behind in progressing] -Non existing mental health [ Do not work if you think streds can affect you mentally because they do not care about mental health. ] -Gossiping [ Very toxic gossiping happens to where insults are commented behind others backs like school kids.] - Fake reporting [ some people randomly report others for the most minimal reason for example calmly asking someone why they did something] - Work stress [ They request alot of work load from clients knowing full well staff is low because people leaving and thus overwork staff which ties into mental health problems again]
