His business partner and Sales Director, Tony Hudson, is equally as professional and generous with his time and resources.
As far as career opportunities go, you are offered a wealth of resources to conduct your recruitment activities. Access to multiple cutting edge databases, LinkedIn software with lots of in-mails, industry experts sat right next to you or a Teams call away.
The management is a pleasure to work for - there is no micromanagement or lack of direction as is so common in the industry. They genuinely want you to succeed, and will give you all the tools to do this.

I have to give the MD and Sales Director plaudits because they have built a really neat business here with tons of high-profile clients, many industry connections and a high calibre office with gym, sauna and jacuzzi for free.

I can honestly name no downsides to this company. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. If you’re looking to collect your base salary and not go the extra mile, it isn’t the job for you.
