The commute to work is decent

This company is so unorganized it is pathetic. The only other pro I can think of is the service provided to me people who are trying n Medicaid and Medicare. Upper management talks about holding people accountable but does not practice what they preach. Upper management only wants to find some one to blame. The onboarding for new employees is horrible. The departments don't work well at all. The owner of the company does not trust anyone black to be a part of his extended leadership team which is funny because it is quite visible they hide important stuff from him. The turnover is extremely high but upper management tries to blame middle management because of it. This company does not offer any incentives to stay. Heck it is a black owned company and does not believe in giving its employees Martin Luther King day off.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. I understand your frustration with training and yes, we sometimes do have to get agents to the floor quicker than we like. That is becoming more and more the exception these days rather than the rule. We are working hard to improve processes and practices as we grow. We have had a lot of learnings over the last year, but have made some excellent hires and are anticipating a more efficient and effective company very soon!
