Office Environment: I personally love the office environment. It makes me feel like I am at my second home. Employer: Ruchi ma'am (the employer) is really understanding and flexible. She values sincere and hard-working employees. There were times when I got stuck with some of the hard clients. She took the front seat to deal with such clients rather than letting me deal with them thinking it was my job. Payments: Never faced any issues in terms of payments. You may rest assured of timely and clear payments. During the time of the pandemic, when many people around the globe lost their jobs and received reduced salaries from their employers, Ruchi ma'am strongly supported her team and provided full salary to the employees for devoting their precious time even when the business was a bit down due to COVID 19 outbreak. Leaves: I am pursuing my LL.B. and have to occasionally take leaves for my exams. Ruchi ma'am is considerate enough when it comes to granting leaves. No work after working hours: The best part of working at SparkInWords is that you'll not be bothered with any work once you have left the office.

I have been working with this company since 1.5 years and it indeed adds a spark to the passion of writing. I was an amateur writer at that point in time and no one was paying what I really deserved. But SparkInWords not only recognizes the talent but also compensates accordingly ( better than the market rate). Continuous work flow keeps me motivated all the time and I am looking forward for many more projects in times to come.
