If you like to sit staring out the window watching the world go by then this is the job for you. As long you hoover the carpet that hasn't been walked on everyday and make up some boxes for the online jobs your day is pretty much made up looking out the window and pacing the floor.
Cons
Expected to work six days even though contracted for 5 In 5 wage slips Tax was never paid ( Now need to look into it) Owner Micro Manages and talks to you in very condescending Manner, coupled with undermining you in front of customers. Your told that the Store is yours to run as if your own, This is definitely not the case. Asked numerous time for feedback and ideas yet they are all ignored. Expect to have your every move recorded and the owner is always checking it. Can make you feel uncomfortable to know your Constantly spied on.
