      The CEO is nice but don't let that fool you.....

      No direction from CEO, can never reach her, do not believe anyone regarding benefits because you will not receive them when you are supposed to...company is a complete mess with no structure and there is no one you can talk to about improving the company overall. CEO is gossipy and has her favorites. If you are not apart of her entourage, you will not succeed. Rather than looking at the facts, CEO listens to gossip instead. Sales team has no idea what they are doing and are constantly calling the office to get approval and direction from the CEO who never responds or answers her phone.
