I’ve worked at spectrum for nearly 2 years as a client care counsellor. I love being able to work from home, it has been great for my family and my private counselling services. I feel that my work is impactful.

Cons

The job can get pretty busy with the volume and variety of calls, but I think that keeps things interesting

Working as a Digital Advice Line Counsellor is very meaningful and rewarding. The role allows you to support people who may be going through difficult situations, which gives a strong sense of purpose. The team and my manager are really supportive

Cons
