      Stay Away, Run Away & Don't Look back

      Pros

      They have some nice little products. Few good minds were there but they must be all gone by now. Except these I could see nothing positive.

      Cons

      High NEPOTISM, Toxic environment, Low IQ Vice Presidents, High Micromanagement, Low Pay, Extreme Politics, Employees are never heard. Anyone working here for more than an year finds it difficult to get a job outside. It took me 3 months of convincing to my new employer. if you dont trust me then do your homework and Google it all.

      12 month rotating flawed biz strategy

      Pros

      The expense reporting recently was improved and now paid within a week. If you don't like senior management wait about 12 months. The CEO will put a new regime in to fix the declining product sales.

      Cons

      CEO way too involved and very shrewd when it comes to giving any stock RSU/options or salary increases. CEO also couldn't tell you anything about how to sell the products company has. CEO likes to buy bottom feeder drugs no other company wants. They have no clue in how to sell and launch orphan drugs.

      Pros

      Each department as a whole is well ran by experienced people who support their team members and seek professional development and fairness for their direct reports. Vacation time is generous (Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve - New Years Day)

      Cons

      While each department is headed by experienced and caring people they are often over-ruled by the CEO. There is minimal room for professional development, promotions and fair raises are non-existent. CEO excessively micro-manages each department.
