      Traditional Startup, with _ALL_ the trappings.

      Pros

      There are some really nice people here, the stuff they are doing is also pretty interesting, just depends on your team.

      Cons

      Expect the usual startup problems. Hero's, workasholics, unorganized, tech debt, women jokes, etc..

      We are sorry that you wouldn't recommend Speech Graphics as an employer, but we do appreciate the feedback! In light of this, we have recently added some additional People and Operations focused roles to improve our internal organisation and structure, and to combat some of the more "negative" issues that can be associated with the startup environment. We will certainly look into the concerns raised here as part of these improvement plans!

      Exciting place to work

      Pros

      Cutting edge technology from a startup company. Feels like we are on the cusp of developing something that will be of global significance. Positive environment, great place to work thats on the up. Future looks bright. A lot of responsibility given from the get go. Challenging with lots of different problems to solve. Work is always changing so not boring. Recruiting many new starts during covid.

      Cons

      Not hiring quickly enough. They trying to operate like a big company, but not fully there yet. Could be a good thing?
