The people I work with are nice. Location is convienant.
Cons
The president of the company is a monster and is abusive to the staff. Poor working conditions. Cannot take bathroom breaks or lunch breaks when you need to or when you are scheduled. w9's employees who are working there are really full-time reg employees to save money, to not have to pay unemployment compensation. underpays staff. makes people work overtime he has on w9s and never pays what is promised. makes promises of compensation but does not honor it. anyone who has an attorney to sue him and the company for how they are treated pays them off a small amount to get rid of it. something needs to change we are humans not cattle. People need to do a class action against the company to make it change.
