Pros? Honestly, not many. I’d say the biggest one was the “friends I made along the way,” which is really just trauma bonding in disguise. The only other pro was that magical moment every day when we got to clock out and escape.
Cons
The real question is not "what is" wrong with this company, but rather "what isn't" wrong with this company. So basically what I'm saying is that I could go on about the "cons" forever, but you'd be here reading this all day because it literally is THAT bad. I mean it when I say you will have absolutely no life if you work at this abomination of a company.
Great employees, top shelf fries & gravy, and they used to give out free races to employees every month
Cons
A company that preys on fresh workers that do not understand their rights.
Next to no safety protocols for staff, little to no care about employees from higher up. Upper management monitors and micromanages employees through the security cameras. Do not recommend working here unless you have no self respect.

are couped up and cozy and put in small amount of effort to help, at my new job we have 10 managers and they are always on the floor helping traing and assisting, whilie shift leads are assisting with other tasks, I have nothing against these people once again they are all amazing people but there approach in my opinions is out of wack, the manger at the time of me working, seemed like she tried but had a hard time changing things due to ownership of the company, the ownership is better then back in the day 100 percent but the new owners seems like he does not know what he is doing, or simply only cares about making money, witch brings me on to the next part Staff are extremely over worked , and they have little error for mistakes such as cramming the schedule back to back so if someone actually crashes or they want to just simply enjoy them self they will be rushed witch creates alot of unhappy employees and customers both turning very sour fast, one crash can lead to a back up to almost 30 minutes or more sometimes, and because they are too focused on cramming the schedule to make the company money it becomes very stressful trying to keep customers satisfied, during my time there I saw 3 shift leads leave or get fired and a total of almost 20 employees get fired, for all sort of things that could of been prevented, that was over the span of under a year, saying that i was with them for over just 2 years because I stayed quite and under the radar where i work the adverage employee has been with the company for 5 years plus and everyone is super helpful and outgaoing and they wanna be there, the last thing I would like to say is.
