      Pros

      Compensation is above average for entertainment industry, and this is truly the only pro, but it's not worth it compared to how you will be treated.

      Cons

      Company treats employees as disposable. No opportunity to learn and grow here outside of your day-to-day due to favoritism and lack of business understanding from leadership. Leadership is also in and out of the door every 6 months. Truly the worst company I have ever worked at, and I would caution anyone joining. People there do not care about work/life balance.

      Have yet to find one.

      Cons

      Every single thing. Bad management. Bad company decisions. Marketing is a joke. Managers and supervisors constantly ask for feedback for nothing more then personal gratification by be little girls everything. Merit does not exist; favoritism is not only the norm, its the only way to get anywhere. The only good here is getting paid to do nothing.

      They know the job market is bad, they will take advantage of that Many people operating 1 or 2 level above where they really belong Too much favoritism when it comes to promotions and jobs! Your abilities won't count! No one challenges the norm
