Pros
The entire staff cares about the work they produce and does a good job at listening to each other. Critiques are welcomed, everyone's work is reviewed so that we can all improve. Working remote is looked upon as a normal way of life and not constantly questioned by management.
Cons
Annual leave accrued could be better but is not heavily restricted on use. There are times in the year where very little work is available but is often balanced out with the busy times.
