      Pros

      Great culture and the office is located in a very nice area of London. SEO Alec Samways is very nice and approachable. Fridays are amazing.

      Cons

      There's no such thing like a 'Full time contract". People comes and goes so often that is difficult to build strong teams. Niki Hunter the MD is horrible and barely looks at people's eyes. She got her favourites and it's so clear to everyone that if you're not in her grace you'll be sent away soon.

      ‘Work hard play hard’ just means no work life balance

      Some fun clients to work on, most people are really nice to work with too.

      Cons

      The hours are very long with no compensation or lieu given to anyone working over time. It’s expected you will give up your spare time to complete work that needed more team members in the first place. Pay is below average.

      Great social aspect - lots of fun activities, mostly alcohol based

      Cons

      Poor pay, not a great work life balance - often worked very late and on weekends

      I'm glad you enjoyed the social side. There was a spell when I also noticed the increased focus of some colleagues on alcohol-based activities but cultures do change as people come and go, and since the time of your review I've enjoyed lots of AF activities including meet the client sessions, an inspiring EDI roundtable, painting and even learning magic tricks. There have been some fantastic parties too!
