Firstly, my original review seems to have disappeared as well as a few others? The environment here was toxic and a big BIG fear culture. One little mistake and you're in hot water. There was more time finger pointing and blaming than fixing the issue itself. Even after you leave, someone will text you about an error you made. This fear culture is installed in me now and I can’t relax even in my current roll. Everyone is on 6 month rolling contract and if they don’t like you as a person they will simply not renew your contract, BYE! There's only one fair person in upper management. The rest wont bother to learn your name even after 2 years. They do not care about you. I even heard them say that this is no more than a starting point. What a terrible business model. So good luck trying progress though Splice when they dont pay you enough to cover the basics, work over night and have you going home in tears.
